What this site stores
World On Air stores your saved stations and selected country in your browser using local storage. This information stays on your device unless you clear it.
Location
Location is optional and requested only after you press “Use my location.” Your browser supplies coordinates so the site can choose between the supported countries. The calculation happens on your device; World On Air does not store or transmit your precise coordinates.
Radio, image and time services
The site contacts Radio Browser to find stations, Open-Meteo to determine local sunrise and sunset, and third-party radio servers when you play a stream. Those services receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies. Station logos may also load from station-operated websites.
Analytics
If privacy-focused traffic analytics are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate visits and performance. World On Air does not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Your choices
You may deny location access, choose a country manually, remove saved stations, or clear this site’s browser data at any time.
